You *Maaa-aaad*

Bill O'Reilly tries to take Cam Rom and Dash to task for ruining the nation's yout'.
I have my own problems with gangsta-styled music but I think these boys have got a better head on their shoulders them many people would expect.

I love when Cam starts teasing Bill - "You maaad Bill"

Even in a galaxy far, far away...

Hey, if it's good enough for furry aliens in a space cantina on one of the baddest planets in the the Hut's territory, it should be good enough for you too!

Go and check out this great little skiing game. I digg the music.

F-OFF BT

Maybe I'll employ this tactic the next time I get a telesales call. I hate getting these things at dinner time....

Stick Man Recurrance

Here's a funny little animation that brightened my day, styled after the now famous stick men battle toons. (which I can't seem to find a link to at the moment. Maybe a reader can lend a little URL-help on that....)

Compy Lovin'

Now here is a guy that really loved his computer.

People often ask me what it is that makes Mac people like their Macs so much - why do they care about the things that they care about? I don't really know the answer but I know that this guy really thought his particular piece of hardware was special - a central character in his life. Maybe that has something to do with it?

I just recieved this e-mail from a customer service rep at iTMS Canada who offered this advice on buying tunes from anywhere in the world. I thought I'd put it up here in case anyone else finds they need the same question answered. (In this case I already knew the answer, but wanted verification). Enjoy!
(Sorry if the formatting is off a bit - it was already weird when I got it, and I cleaned it up as much as I thought I wanted to)

Thank you for contacting the iTunes Music Store. Thank you for your question.
You are correct, the limitation on redeeming any item, gift or content from the
iTunes Music Store is:

Your country of residence - which in turn determines which iTunes store you can
set up an accountfor purchases. You may be able to browse and preview on any
of the iTunes Music Stores, but you may only make purchases from and redeem
gifts and gift certificates purchased from the same country's Music Store.

In order for the recipient of a gift certificate to redeem the gift certificate
they must have an account with Canada as the country of residence. Now, for
example - you can as a Canadian resident open an account on the US store if
you have the following:

1. A valid address in the US,
2. A valid billing preference for the US i.e. a Music card, Gift certificate
from the US store, or a Debit card or Credit card from a US bank or financial
institution; and vice versa.

To access the iTunes Music Store that matches your country of residence,
please scroll down to the bottom of the iTunes music store home page, and
choose your country from the "Choose Country" menu. In accordance with the
contracts between Apple, the artists, and the record companies, the iTunes
Music Store is available to customers who reside in any country found in
the "Choose Country" menu.

We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover (US only)
- PayPal (US only)
- Solo (UK only)
- Switch (UK only)

You can only purchase music from the iTunes Music Store that matches your
country of residence and your billing address. Each country supports credit
cards iss ued by banks in these countries. For example, a Visa card issued
in the United States can only be used at the U.S. iTunes Music Store and so on.

Sincerely,

Lori

t(RAIN)

As Hanni has already alluded to, Apple Blossom is now over. Jill Trinacity is Queen Annapolisa, Rob's girlfriend has had a successful birthday, the chicken BBQ was wonderful, and you can assume anyone doing anything in the valley this weekend got wet.

It was, however a wonderful time, and I'm super glad I made the trip home. It was great to see my family again, of course.

To spice up the trip this year though, Morgan and I made it out to Cape Split, though it was too foggy to see anything (Other than fog of course).

We also made it out to the local zoo for an afternoon!

There was a definite lack of traditional Apple Blossom festivities, but it was relaxing and wicked all the same. Thank you to everyone who was around to make the time so great. I already can't wait for next year!

Also this week I am in training and will probably not be posting much.
