I just did a post on my 'developer oriented' blog about this feature I just discovered in iTunes that is going to save me a ton of time and hassle:

Holding the CTRL key while clicking on the icon/link/arrow-in-a-circle things in iTunes will link you back into your own music library

Wicked eh! Way to go iTunes!

I can't wait to go around clicking everything with the CTRL key down now to figure out what other hidden gems there are!
